REGISTRATION FEES

*Recommended Fee

  • $50 fee per 8' table per vendor with a maximum fee of $300.

    • 2 tables=$100, 3 tables=$150, 4 tables+$200, 6 tables and up=$300 

    • ​

*Recommended $75 fee for vendors with large equipment/vehicles (table included).

*Registration closes on October 20th, 2023 at 4 pm

IMPORTANT VENDOR INFORMATION:

*Vendor booths are open to students from 9am-2:30pm on November 8, 2023.

*In previous years, students have split time with vendor booths and a speaker.  We will not be having a speaker this year; thus allowing students additional time at vendor booths.

 

*Vendor booths are meant to engage students in a 'hands-on' experience of the represented career/skill.  Please bring information on your career/skill as well as a 'hands-on' activity for students to experience.

 

*Select vendors with large equipment will be contacted (late October-early November) to make arrangements to set up large equipment on the evening of November 7th (between 4:00pm to 8:00pm) or early the morning of November 8th.

 

*Jamestown Civic Center will be open for vendor set-up beginning at 7:30AM on November 8th.

 

*All vendors will be provided with breakfast and lunch on November 8th.  (indicate number on the above registration link).
